Dolls have been around for thousands of years. Little girls for centuries have enjoyed playing with their porcelain, cloth, vinyl, wood, and clay dolls. Dolls are no longer for young girls as adult women of all ages have started paying hundreds, even thousands of dollars for collectible reborn dolls.
Mothers who lose a baby due to miscarriage, still birth, SIDS, sudden death, or accident grieve and ache to hold their child. I started making memorial reborn babies when I lost my own baby.
Being a great reborn doll artist does not automatically mean you will sell your dolls to the market you are interested in or at the price your dolls deserve.
